About The Position

Direct Support Professional – Inspire, Teach, and Make an Impact. At 360 Behavioral Health, this role offers meaningful work where you can see the difference you make in the lives of children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities. Compensation is based on experience and education, with a pay range of $19.00-$20.50 per hour. Positions start part-time (15-20 hours/week) with the opportunity to transition to full-time. Hiring bonuses are available for part-time employees based on clinical hours completed. Additional pay incentives may apply for specific cases. There is a strong preference for weekend overnight availability (7 pm to 7 am), and weekend daytime availability (10 am to 5 pm) is a plus. The role is located in Ventura, with potential for clients in surrounding areas and mileage reimbursement for clients over 20 miles away.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
A genuine love for working with kids
Reliable transportation
