About The Position

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support and guide people served as they develop daily living skills and participate in life activities that help them live as independently as possible. No experience is needed; thorough training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license where applicable. The starting wage is $19 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Help develop daily living skills and life activities by creating an environment where people can learn, grow, and discover.
• Help people identify and achieve the goals that matter most to them so they can live their best possible lives.
• Monitor the comfort and safety of people served and ensure their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs are met.
• Provide emotional support while assisting with general housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
