Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal goals
- Supporting participation in community activities and outings
- Encouraging independence and skill development

- Completing required documentation and service records
- Supporting health, wellness, and personal care needs as appropriate
- Transporting individuals to appointments, activities, and community events when needed
- Building positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members
