About The Position

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide exceptional support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and enhance their overall quality of life. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will implement individualized care plans and facilitate community integration. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks.
Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
Encourage participation in community activities to foster social inclusion.
Document care provided and report changes in client behavior or health.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
