About The Position
Blue Sky Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work with teens and adults with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential home setting. This position is scheduled for day shift every other weekend. The primary purpose of this position is to support clients (females and males ages 10-18) in succeeding in everyday activities, implement positive strategies to improve behaviors and outcomes, and ensure the health and safety of the individuals served. The role offers ongoing training in a new residential home setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Direct Support or a related field experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background study.
