About The Position

The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides industry-leading non-medical community-based and person-centered support services throughout the state of Connecticut. Founded and headquartered in Danielson in 2006, with additional program locations established in Avon and Bethany, Connecticut. Responsibilities

• Work in the homes and communities of the individuals we serve.
• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift support 7 days a week.
• Provide support for individuals who may require 24-hour in-home care.
• Provide support for individuals who may require as little as 4 hours of care per day.
