PAI offers a Day Program that provides life skills enrichment, vocational training and meaningful social connections for our participants living with disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be the friendly face that greets our participants each morning, setting the tone for a day filled with exciting activities and meaningful interactions. From music therapy to arts and crafts, cooking lessons to outings in the community, you'll have the opportunity to engage our participants in a variety of fun and enriching experiences. While assisting with personal care routines is a crucial part of the role, it's the care and compassion you bring to each interaction that truly makes a difference in the lives of our participants. Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities
