About The Position
CSA Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join their growing team in Oglethorpe, GA. This role involves providing support to clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) or autism in their daily living activities. The DSP will promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion, while assisting with personal care, behavior support, and skill development. Effective communication with families, clients, and care teams is essential.
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with IDD and/or autism is required
- A nurturing, patient, and reliable personality
- Ability to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday morning schedule
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
