Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all state requirements.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stand and walk.
- The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit.
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds when assisting non-ambulatory individuals.
- The employee must be physically able to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including the ability to kneel, use upper-body strength to deliver chest compressions, and maintain these actions for the duration required in an emergency situation.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with toileting needs when necessary.
- Help with meal planning and preparation following nutritional guidelines or prescribed diets.
- Assist with medication administration under physician direction.
- Support individuals in community activities, including volunteering, employment preparation, and leisure outings.
- Offer transportation assistance for work, therapy, and recreational activities using agency or personal vehicles.
- Engage in fun activities like games, reading, movies, concerts, and family visits.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and individual progress.
