About The Position
Indera is seeking a BACK UP Direct Support Professional in Baldwinsville, near the Radisson community. This position is for back up staffing; you would be hired on and in the event that she had an open shift you could be asked to fill in. The individual requires total assistance with activities of daily life due to a physical disability and always utilizes an electric wheelchair both in the home and community. The individual is looking for reliable, compassionate and responsible staff to assist her with maintaining her independence both at home and in the community.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Effective communication and organizational skills required
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
