Key responsibilities include implementing behavior programs, collecting data, and ensuring client safety. The professional will also assist clients with active treatment plans, record data, and work towards service goals. Participation in an interdisciplinary team, communication with supervisory staff, and transporting clients in company vehicles for community outings, school, and day program activities are also part of the role. Continuous professional development through scheduled staff development classes and competency testing is required.
