About The Position

Mains’l Services is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work with an individual in his home. Requirements

Commitment to learning

Strong teamwork skills
Comfortable communicating what is working and what is not working
At least 18 years of age
A valid MN driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check through DHS

Responsibilities

Provide supports with Activities of Daily Living including personal cares
Support in transportation to various appointments and activities
Attend medical appointments and relay necessary information
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
Complete household responsibilities such as laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation
Teach and reinforce valuable life skills
Provide companionship, guidance, and advocacy
Accurately document care to ensure continuity of support
