About The Position
Direct Support Professionals at Synova Group provide essential support and supervision to individuals with developmental, mental health, or physical disabilities. This role involves fostering community relationships, assisting with a wide range of daily routines including household tasks, cooking, self-care, socializing, leisure activities, health and safety, money management, and behavior management. Additionally, professionals are responsible for administering medications, providing transportation, and documenting services using an online computer program. Requirements
- Must be comfortable working with Challenging Behaviors!
- Be 18 years or older.
- One year of experience delivering services to individuals with disabilities.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Have access to an insured vehicle.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Need to pass a DHS background study.
- Exhibit basic computer skills to be successful in this position.
