Under the direction and supervision of the Residential/Employment Coordinator, this role involves assisting individuals with basic living and employment skills, personal care, maintaining a safe environment, managing schedules, providing transportation, reporting any instances of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, and working collaboratively as part of a team. The position emphasizes positive interactions, respect for choices, and maintaining confidentiality. Additional duties may include administering medications (if certified), assisting with menu planning and meal choices, participating in training and meetings, helping with finances and budgeting, collecting data for progress monitoring, and performing other assigned duties.
