About The Position

Lasting Impressions MO LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential home settings in Sedalia, Missouri, and surrounding areas. The role is designed for caregivers seeking a more personal alternative to traditional nursing home or healthcare work. DSPs typically support one person or a small number of individuals, building relationships and providing personalized assistance that promotes independence and meaningful, fulfilling lives. CNA experience is valued, but CNA certification is not required. The company provides training.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Compensation incentives include a $500 sign-on bonus paid in installments, up to $1,000 in training bonuses for reaching Relias training levels 2 and 3, and a 7% pay raise upon completion of the training plan. New hires who finish the full training plan before their 90-day mark may become eligible to accrue PTO immediately and receive 16 bonus PTO hours upfront. These incentives and benefits are subject to company policy and eligibility requirements.
