  • Help kids with daily activities, at home and in the community.
  • Guide them in gaining social, self-help, and independence skills.
  • Support progress, follow behavior plans, and help them navigate challenges with patience and care.
  • Create opportunities for safety, independence, and community involvement.
  • Track progress, share achievements, and keep families connected.
  • Show up for your clients, your team, and your future — with training and growth opportunities along the way.
