About The Position

This role involves providing quality care, direction, guidance, and assistance to customers with their daily activities. This includes helping with personal care such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, and administering medication or treatments. The position also involves assisting customers with household chores, making and keeping appointments, providing transportation for errands, and serving as a companion. A key aspect of the role is helping customers achieve their goals to improve their quality of life and community integration. Daily written updates of shift activities are required via an online platform. Additionally, the role requires observing the customer's condition and surroundings to ensure their safety and success, including monitoring equipment and materials. Other duties as assigned are also part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
• Perform other duties as assigned
