Direct Support Professional- Evenings
About The Position
Able2 is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the evening shift to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a team-oriented group home. The role focuses on helping individuals develop healthy habits, build essential daily living skills, and become more independent. Direct care includes assisting with bathing, toileting, feeding, dressing, and other aspects of daily living. Able2 provides paid on-the-job training. Shifts are 8 or 10 hours, and the hourly rate is $20.45–$21.65 depending on experience, with possible differentials for AMAP certification and driver eligibility.
Requirements
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Nice To Haves
- Valid, clean driver's license (preferred, not required).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities.
