About The Position

Grow Developmental Disability Solutions is seeking a Direct Support Worker for Children and/or Adults with Developmental Disabilities. This role involves making a difference in the lives of individuals by helping them live more independent and fulfilling lives. As a person-centered agency, we prioritize respect, dignity, and individualized care plans. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), supporting their daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in an engaging, respectful, and empowering manner. This is a meaningful role where your contributions truly matter each day.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client)
• Help clients get into the community and stay engaged
• Follow care plans and goals
• Communicate with families and your team
• Complete notes and documentation
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times
