About The Position

Requirements
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone
- Positivity and a team-player attitude
Responsibilities
- Assisting individuals in preparing dinner in group homes.
- Aiding individuals in community activities such as dance class.
- Supporting individuals in group homes to strive for greater independence.
- Helping individuals engage with meaningful activities in day programs.
- Assisting with feeding and personal needs of participants when needed.
- Teaching individuals valuable life skills.
- Helping individuals reach greater levels of independence.
