About The Position

Turn Your Caregiving Experience Into a Meaningful Career Are you currently working - or have experience - as a caregiver, babysitter, nanny, companion, home health aide, or mentor? Do you enjoy helping others, building relationships, and making a difference in someone's daily life? At Endeavor HCBS, we're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities - and we'll provide the training you need to succeed. No prior experience in the field? That's okay. If you've cared for others, you already have the foundation.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check & obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Willingness to complete paid training
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 support in a home or community setting
• Assist with daily living activities (routine, hygiene, meals, etc.)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help individuals build life skills and independence
• Support participation in community activities
• Act as a mentor and positive role model
