As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support individuals with developmental disabilities and empower them to reach their full potential. This role is looking for full-time, part-time, and as-needed (PRN) team members. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The DSP assists individuals with daily living activities, respects individual rights and confidentiality, and follows the Individual Service Plan. They use electronic software for documentation, take clients to community activities, and help maintain a clean and safe living environment. Effective communication with team members and family members is crucial, as is protecting the health and safety of the individual and others. Attendance at all paid training and team meetings is required.
