About The Position
ARISE/EFR is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support a bright and active young man with a developmental disability In Baldwinsville, NY. He and his family are looking for a DSP to assist him with working on his supports both at home and in his community. Seeking a DSP who is reliable, enthusiastic, creative, and active and willing to provide some personal care. Related experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Effective communication and organizational skills required.
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
