About The Position

PALS is seeking experienced, energetic, strong, and dedicated staff to provide services to adults with developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide supervision and support, assist with activities of daily living, provide safe transportation, and accurately document care and services. You will also serve as a friend and mentor by planning, encouraging, and carrying out social and occupational activities.

Requirements

• Successfully pass the DOT physical.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Acceptable criminal background verification.
• Willingness to provide fun yet responsible supervision and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
• Maintain current and annual training requirements.

Responsibilities
