About The Position

AHRC New York City is holding a VIRTUAL HIRING EVENT for Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions for multiple Queens and Manhattan Residences. The virtual hiring event is on Thursday, August 13th from 9 am-2 pm. The pay rate is $20-$20.96 per hour depending on the position and residence placement. All positions include a full benefit package, which includes FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE. Weekend availability and a Driver's License is required for most positions.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Valid NY or Tri-State driver's license for more than one year, in good standing.
• Professionalism, integrity, excellent communication skills.
• Patience is a MUST!

• Personal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in various residences.
• Ensure weekend availability for most positions.
• Utilize a Driver's License for most positions.
