Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Proof of automobile insurance.
- Must be able to pass BCI & FBI background checks.
- CPR/First-Aid (or willingness to obtain them prior to working).
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with a sit-to-stand lift is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage the individual in community outings and recreational activities.
- Provide transportation to and from community events and medical appointments.
- Provide hands-on support with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and grooming.
- Assist with meal planning and cooking.
- Keep the home environment clean and welcoming through light housekeeping and laundry.
- Help individuals get in and out of bed and navigate their home and community safely.
- Maintain detailed and accurate daily communication and tracking logs.
- Follow the Individual Service Plan (ISP) to ensure all health, safety, and goal-oriented requirements are met.
