About The Position

Come work at Connections Services, LLC and make a difference! We are a company that provides care giver services to individuals who are developmentally disabled. All our group homes are in the Bloomington, MN area. We currently are looking for Direct Support Professionals to work with our residents at several of our Bloomington homes. We have part time weekend positions available! 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm shifts! Starting Salary: $17.00-$18.00 hourly Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid US driver's license
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to do personal cares for residents, including bathing, toileting, dressing, administering medications, and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing care giver services to our residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessary
• Teaching and maintaining skills
• Cooking, meal preparation, and feeding assistance
• Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
• Participating in the development of Individual Program Plans
• Medication administration
• Participating in fun recreational activities with residents!
