About The Position

Saint Joe’s is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support at its ICF Main Campus in Sharonville, Ohio. The organization provides a supportive home for adults and children with developmental disabilities, complex medical needs, and wheelchair mobility needs. DSPs help residents with personal care, mobility, daily routines, and meaningful activities while supporting their emotional well-being and fostering a safe, dignified, and respectful living environment. Full-time and part-time positions are available across first, second, and third shifts. Every-other-weekend and holiday rotation is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, mobility support, and emotional encouragement.
• Assist residents with daily routines and living tasks.
• Engage residents in fun, therapeutic, and meaningful activities.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families.
• Ensure a safe, dignified, and respectful living environment.
