About The Position

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position is for a Caregiver (FT) working Afternoons/Nights/Weekends, specifically Tuesday-Saturday from 3 PM to 11 PM in Fayetteville, PA. The role involves assisting people with their personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. It is described as rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships with individuals served, and taking initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Support will also be provided for participants' developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license with 1+ years driving experience
