About The Position

Requirements

One of the following is required: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Gerontology, Human Services, or a related field
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass Pennsylvania background checks
Ability to pass a drug screening

Nice To Haves

Behavioral support experience.
Experience supporting individuals with seizure disorders.
Knowledge of Positive Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities

Assisting with personal care needs such as dressing, showering, meals, and daily routines.
Spending quality time together at home and in the community.
Supporting participation in recreational activities, volunteer opportunities, and outings.
Helping create a structured, positive, and successful day.
Encouraging independence while providing guidance and support when needed.
Following established support strategies and behavior plans to help ensure safety and success.
