About The Position
At Hands of Heartland, we believe that people with developmental disabilities are people first. Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Direct Support Professionals/DSP in various settings such as day center, their home, and the community. You will support individuals with activities, habilitation, and daily living activities in Kearney, NE.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass all background checks.
Nice To Haves
- Experience not required – we will train you!
- Holding an active Nebraska CNA license
Responsibilities
- Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to ensure they have a meaningful life.
- Assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a variety of settings such as at the day center, in the community, and their home environment.
