Companion / Direct Support Professional (All Shifts Available) Looking for flexible PRN work where you can truly make a difference? - Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain attentive, engaged, and proactive during shifts
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and supportive care
- Assist with daily routines and activities
- Support community outings, recreation, and social engagement
- Monitor safety and well-being throughout the shift
- Offer assistance with personal care, as needed
- Communicate observations and complete shift documentation
- Respond calmly and appropriately to needs or unexpected situations
