About The Position
Direct Support Professional / Caregiver - IDD Services. This role involves assisting people with their personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and finds meaning in this type of work, offering a promising future at Sevita. Each day, you will help people grow, learn, and live well, develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, and experience ownership and trust from leaders. You will take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

- Valid Driver's License with 1+ years' driving experience
