About The Position

Direct Support Professional Pay: $17–$19/hour Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available Location: Columbus, OH Make a Real Impact Every Day Do you want more than just a job? Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Team players who take initiative and have a passion for inclusion.
• Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

• 2-year degree preferred, not required.
• Experience is helpful but not required. Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
