About The Position

Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)! Our DSPs play an important role in supporting the people we serve to live as independently and fully as possible. From helping with daily routines and personal care to supporting community activities, appointments, meals, recreation, and personal goals, DSPs provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support every step of the way. You’ll build meaningful relationships, celebrate accomplishments, help people develop greater independence, and become an important part of their everyday lives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license from New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut held for at least 3 years
• A caring, dependable, and respectful approach to supporting others
• The ability to successfully complete required training and certifications

Nice To Haves

• College degree (may be eligible for additional pay)
