Medication administration, inventory, and scheduling medical appointments are also key duties. The role requires operating agency vehicles, understanding specialized clinical knowledge for specific needs, implementing behavior support plans, collecting data on behavior, and communicating with support circles. Teamwork, completing trainings, maintaining documentation, and utilizing teaching skills are essential. The position also involves reporting maintenance concerns, consulting with leadership, and potentially participating in treatment plan development. Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, is mandatory. The role may also involve providing coverage in various settings and assisting at off-site locations as needed.
