About The Position

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves supporting individuals with their personal hygiene and assisting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The position is part-time, with specific weekend hours required. Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, focused on helping individuals live full, more independent lives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors
• Valid Driver's license
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Had a valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy
