About The Position
REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves supporting individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene. The position requires compassion, patience, and the ability to support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Communication skills

- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
