As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at the Titusville Campus, you will provide care and behavioral support for children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. This is a hands-on, mission-driven role ideal for anyone interested in human services, psychology, social work, youth care, mental health, or caregiving. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals), helping implement behavior support plans, teaching life, social, and communication skills, responding to and de-escalating crisis situations, maintaining daily documentation, and transporting individuals to school, appointments, and community outings. You will also work closely with the clinical treatment team.
