About The Position

ASI-NE is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Turner, Maine. This part-time evening (2nd Shift) opportunity is ideal for college students or anyone seeking meaningful work that fits around their schedule. DSPs help individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses participate in daily routines, community activities, and personal goals, fostering independence and community connections. ASI-NE provides paid training, and no prior experience is required. The role offers valuable hands-on experience in various human services fields, resume-building skills, and a consistent, structured schedule.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to attend required trainings and staff meetings
• A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Nice To Haves

• Active CRMA Certification
• Satisfactory Driver's License
