Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be available to work rotating day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Compassionate, dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, healthcare, DSP, CNA, PCA, home health, or medical experience is preferred but not required—we provide paid training
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
- Provide compassionate support while encouraging independence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
- Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior
- Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and fellow team members to provide quality, person-centered care

- Rotating shifts including Days (7:00 AM–3:00 PM), Evenings (3:00 PM–11:00 PM), and Overnights (11:00 PM–7:00 AM)
