Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma/GED or relevant caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to complete required background checks
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others succeed

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships
• Provide hands-on support
• Help individuals reach personal goals
• Assist with personal care, meals, medication reminders, daily routines, and life skills that promote greater independence
• Support community involvement, recreational activities, and social connections
• Provide patient, respectful care to individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
• Create a safe, positive environment where people can thrive
