About The Position

Reflektions Ltd. is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered support that helps individuals with developmental disabilities live independent, meaningful lives. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support with daily living (hygiene, meals, housekeeping), support individuals in the community (appointments, activities, outings), help individuals build independence and life skills, maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment, and follow individualized care plans and document services provided. This role requires personal care, including bathing, toileting, and hygiene, and involves working nights and weekends regularly, as well as supporting individuals through challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, coachable, calm under pressure, compassionate yet professional, a strong communicator, and a team player.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check (required in Ohio DSP roles)
• Willingness to complete required training (CPR/First Aid, DSP training)
