Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
- Relevant experience working with Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or forensic involvement.
- A current driver’s license and California automobile insurance coverage for driving your personal vehicle to and from various community locations.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities
- Assist Individuals with their personal needs (e.g., hygiene, medication reminders).
- Assist Individuals with social needs (e.g., prepare meals, clean, engage through exercise/movement, games).
- Transport Individuals in personal or company vehicles to community activities.
- Keep accurate progress notes.
- Proactively communicate information with the team about Individuals' needs.
- Participate in all required training, team, and company meetings.
- Take ownership of own behaviors and help coach others in demonstrating company C.A.R.E. values (compassion, adaptability, respect, and empowerment).
