About The Position
ARISE/EFR is seeking staff to work every other Saturday and Sunday morning in the Syracuse (east) area with a young woman who has a developmental and physical disability. She is looking for dedicated support staff to provide respite and personal care. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient and enthusiastic. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule
- Reliable transportation to arrive at the job site at the scheduled time
- Technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community
Nice To Haves

- Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities
