About The Position

The hire wage is $18.50 hourly. This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy. Positions include weekend shifts as scheduled and Relief On Call. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health

Responsibilities

  • Help people grow, learn, and live well
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals served
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist people with their personal hygiene
  • Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
