About The Position
Brightway Adult Day Services is hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). For 65 years, Brightway, formerly known as Developmental Disabilities Institute, has been a leading agency providing a full spectrum of care for over 1,600 children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our DSPs are the heart of our mission, providing compassionate and individualized support. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference.
Requirements
- Valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history
- Successful completion of Brightway's Transportation Orientation
