About The Position
We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support to individuals with special needs in a residential home setting. Requirements
- Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, or in a similar role preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must pass background checks and required clearances
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support clients during community outings and appointments
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
- Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
- Promote independence and dignity for all individuals served
