About The Position

Direct Support Professional (DSP) ViaQuest Residential Services (ICF and Waiver Programs) Full-Time / Part-Time | $18.25–$19.25 per hour Start a Meaningful Career—No Experience Required! Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to meet authorized driver criteria
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, lifting, etc.)

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
Support individuals in building independence, life skills, and confidence
Ensure health, safety, and well-being at all times
Transport individuals to activities, appointments, and community outings
