About The Position
Hourly, Part-Time position providing direct face to face service to adults with developmental disabilities throughout Mercer County. Services provided in the home and community settings to protect the health and welfare to assist individual in acquiring, maintaining and improving self-help, domestic, socialization and adaptive skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required.
- At least 6 months experience with Autism.
- At least 6 months of experience working with adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities and Autism.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to physically assist individuals if needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
Nice To Haves
- CPR/FA Certification is a plus.
- Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
